Rockaway Beach Renovation Project
Comprehensive renovation of a beach house in Rockaway, Oregon. The project began with architectural planning, followed by a complete demolition down to the studs. We replaced all damaged framing, relocated the old staircase with a custom steel stringer which required beams and new footing in the floor, upgraded the sliding glass door to a bifold door, and fully renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms. 1
